Do I need to book both, or can I choose one?
You can book either the Facial or Scalp protocol on its own, or both — whatever fits your goals. We'll help you figure out the right starting point when you reach out.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people see the best results with a series — typically 3 to 10 sessions — depending on your goals and how your skin/scalp responds. We'll talk through a realistic range for you at your first visit.
Does it hurt?
Most people describe it as minimal discomfort — a slight pinch or tingling sensation is common
How soon will I see results?
This varies person to person. Many notice an immediate glow and reduced puffiness right after the first session, with more visible changes — like improved tone and texture — building over the following weeks as your body responds to treatment.
Is this safe?
Facial and scalp acupuncture is generally considered safe, and precautions are taken to minimize any risk. Because everyone's health history is different, we'll go over your specific concerns together at your appointment to make sure the protocol is right for you.
What should I do before/after my appointment?
Before: come in with clean, dry skin — no makeup, lotion, or other products applied.
After: treat your skin similarly to how you would after microneedling — avoid harsh actives (retinol, acids), skip intense sun exposure, and keep skin gently hydrated for the first day or two. We'll give you specific aftercare guidance based on your session.
